I only used a seizure tracker when Jamie was first diagnosed with epilepsy because shortly after switching to Keppra, her seizure were under control. For the countless number of adults and children, their seizures are not. A good seizure tracker helps the neurologist to see if there are patterns. This is a potentially good resource from trackers. They also have many other documents available to help manage epilepsy.
